God is great, all the time!!
Merry Christmas & Happy New Year
2020 is finally coming to an end. We made our plans at Shiloh and it had all the makings of what we thought would be a really great year. But remember that God directs our steps. He had a very different year for us.
Instead of thousands of kids at camp He chose a few special ones and drew them close to His heart. Instead of hiring more staff, He decided fewer were better and we got really close. Instead of an abundance of cash flow, He decided we could do more with less. Instead of running exhausted to meet all the needs of a busy retreat and camp life, He decided for us to work efficiently on one building project and see it to completion. Instead of shallow relationships with many, He taught us how to grow deep with our community, friends, co-workers, family and most of all Himself. He taught us to be still and know that He is God and it’s all under His control.
So yes this has been, with all of its difficulties and heartaches and loss of our expectations, a really great year. May we never forget the lessons we learned. By slowing down and building deeper relationships with all those we love, especially our Savior, whose season it now is, we look forward to 2021 now, we hope, for all the right reasons. Thank you with all our heart for praying, giving and supporting us in so many special ways. I praise God that all of our family has been well and our friends, board, and staff also.
This is my constant prayer. Sandy and I have enjoyed some great times with our eight children and ten grandchildren. We’ve been blessed with great sons and daughters and in-laws and their families as well. We serve a great God who is doing great things in spite of all the negativity. So let’s hold our heads high and worship Him together all year in 2021 for He is a great God and worthy of praise.
Truly blessed,
Your Director – Jon Frank
This is the first year in Shiloh history that we have ended in the RED. Should God put it on your heart to give in this season, first to His church and perhaps to Shiloh.

Thank you for your consideration in this season of giving
Wait! Before you go, one last thing! One of my favorite things is experiencing the peace at Shiloh after a snowstorm. But even that is only a reflection of the truest and fullest peace that only Jesus brings.
Check out our new video and may the Prince of Peace be with you throughout this season!
