Special Accommodations

This form is to aid our kitchen staff in better serving our guests.
It is the responsibility of each guest, when appropriate, to complete this form and submit it to Shiloh Bible Camp, at least 1 week prior to your arrival. We will do our best to fulfill any requests received within the 1 week period; however, we will be limited to what we have on hand. We will typically have a small selection of frozen, pre-prepared substitutes for each meal being served  (ie: crispy chicken sandwich substitute = 1 gluten free patty, or 1 veggie burger)  All other fresh items or more extensive menu options must be provided by the individual
& our staff would be happy to help prepare.

Informing us of all medically necessary dietary needs for concerns, such as diabetes, lactose intolerance or severe food allergies, will help us to make your stay more enjoyable.
(Our menu is peanut & tree nut free.)
Unfortunately, we are unable to meet special diets that are a matter of personal preference, such as low-carb or no-fat diets. Please know that you are welcome to bring your own pre-prepared foods that meet your personal dietary needs.

It is the responsibility of each guest to manage his/her diet.
As a matter of health and safety, guests with medically necessary dietary needs, particularly those with severe allergies, should speak with our Head Chef at EACH MEAL to confirm that their dietary needs have been addressed.
