What Does Shiloh Have To Offer?

SHILOH is situated on 12 wooded acres surrounded by 1800 acres of beautiful state land and reserves of highlands and wetlands. For outdoor activities there is a large athletic field for all sports, ponds for fishing and boating, and ice skating in the winter, a picnic area, volleyball court and archery range, hay rides and an out door education program that includes a 30 foot climbing wall, a low ropes course and a 400 foot long Zip Line. Dominating Shiloh's landscape is a 75-foot stockade fort with four corner towers, sleeping accommodations with 7 cabins holding 8-10 people each, linked together by 14' high walls and cat walks. Inside in Shiloh's main lodge there is a game room with table tennis (ping-pong), foosball tables, pool tables, video games and other activities as well as a dining hall and several large meeting rooms ideal for seminars and other events. Shiloh's lodge also had dorm style and cabin style sleeping accommodations.

Calendar

Here is an intuitive application to allow prospective retreat groups to plan ahead and look at upcoming bookings and availabilities. What we donât want this application to do is deter any prospective group if you see a note on the schedule during your preferred time still inquire with us because it may be tentative. We do have exclusive meeting rooms and dorms, cabin style rooms, and fort bunks to accommodate multiple retreat groups at a time. This calendar is updated weekly and is subject to change. Events are shown in Eastern Time.

Retreat Map

Digitally illustrated and intuitively interactive is an artistâs rendition of our campus. Click on a Title in the legend to see it highlight in the map. The dining hall is located in the main house along with the many amenities of meeting rooms, library, game room and cabin bunks. We embrace an English Tudor style exterior and an Adirondack cabin atmosphere inside the main house. Our Outdoor Education and Challenge Course programs include a climbing wall, zip line, archery, and ropes courses and a hike to a mountain overlook of the Monksville River Dam in the Wanaque Reservoir, one of the NJ Highlandsâ most picturesque scenes.

Fort Shiloh serves as a great late night game arena as it is brilliantly lighted for games to be hosted safely after dark. The fort also serves as 7 comfortable cabins. Each of the rooms sleep at least eight people. The fort is equipped with an open air stage and handicap accessible bathrooms. Other great parts of our camp include a huge field with a soccer field (many retreat groups use this for Styx, a four square capture the flag field game), a volleyball area, campfire or ãbonfireä, and a four acre forest where Skirmish, Capture the Flag, Paintball, or Air soft (airsoft) can be played.

Slideshows

We have three slideshows to choose from at the moment however our FaceBook page is most current with up to the month photos and videos of whatâs going on around the camp. The first slideshow is Outdoor Activities showing the Challenge Course. The second slideshow is Fort and House Facilities giving an overview of the Shiloh Lodge and Fort Shiloh. The third slideshow is the Grounds Tour.
